Refund Policy
MySmoker Manufacturing will accept returns of un-used, un-damaged products in original packages only. Used products will not be accepted. Prior to returning, the customer must obtain Return Approval and is responsible for shipping cost on any returned products, 5% re-stocking fee will apply.

Equipment Usage & Approvals
MySmoker Mfg. Smokehouses are fully inspected and approved for usage by CSA Inspection Agency. However, MySmoker Mfg. assumes no responsibility for usage or approval for use by local authorities in your area of residency. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance and acceptability prior to purchasing. In the event equipment purchased is disallowed for use, any agreed upon return will require Return Approval # from MySmoker Manufacturing prior to returning. Equipment returned without prior approval will not be accepted and returned to the customer. 10% restocking fees will apply. Please be very thorough in checking that the equipment you are ordering will meet the code requirements for your area of operation.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
