- The Smokehouse has fully aluminum encased Smoke Chamber to eliminates any potential effect that the vapors from wet wood or insulation, may have on taste of food.
- The chamber’s usable size is 20 W x 15 D x 20 H (inches) with 1200 sq inch cooking space and 250°F temperature ability. It provides enough capacity for smoking foods for average family plus more to fill the freezer.
- Dripping juices catching system, provides for safer operation and easy clean up.
- The Chamber is fitted with hooks and wooden bars for hanging the products and with stainless steel, food certified shelves for loading smaller pieces.
- It is fully insulated for great heat retention.
- Easily removable 1000 W electric heater, makes cleaning the Chamber safe and easy.
- Digital Temperature Control (PID) delivers heat at steady level in small impulses avoiding overheating or burning products and extending life of the heater
- Woodchips burning Smoke Generator is mounted outside of the smoking chamber, making Cold or Hot Smoking parameters easy to maintain.
- Adjustable air supply to the smoke generator helps maintaining wood chips burning rate and temperature, effectively producing best quality smoke in desired volume.
- Most of liquids and solids that condense out from the smoke are separated in disposable container before entering smoke chamber, making smoking process cleaner and healthier.
